Not having much to do on Thanksgiving Weekend 2005, I decided I would go out into the freezing cold weather and drive, in a car with no heat, to Anoka to catch the Vintage Kiss tribute show at Serum's. The band was already on stage when I arrived. Later in the evening, while the band was taking a break between sets, there was a guy from the website Kiss4Sale.com holding a "Kiss Trivia" contest and of course I know a think or two about Kiss. So I pushed my way up front so I could shout out my answers along with the other phychos who know too much for their own good. I managed to win myself a copy of the Dutch Kiss Fanzine "Kiss Kollector" (issue #54) and also a copy of the book "The Kiss Album Focus Volume 1: Kings Of The Night Time World 1972 - 1982" by Julian Gill. I also talked to one of the guys who helped Vintage Kiss set up their show - he told me they'd be playing in St. Paul the following evening. I told him I had nothing else going on and that I'd probably see him there.
