30 Years Ago Today In NYC - 10/29/78
The slowest night in several weeks - six people at Max's when I got there...JONATHAN PALEY, LENNY KAYE, and MARTY THAU check out the gloom in turn. The TERRORISTS? I've seen worse and I've seen better...Where is the Diplomat? Who's there? How much? Is it over yet? Is it tomorrow yet?
Now in our 5th year of doing...whatever it is that we're attempting to do here!
